The most important thing for Lady Framboise Shop are our clients, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money or exchange it for another size or item that you desire.

For any exchange or return, the client has 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order.Returns that arrive at our office after the deadline will be refunded and therefore the corresponding amount will not be refunded.

The customer will send the products they want to exchange or return along with the return sheet that you will find inside the package to the address that appears on that same sheet indicating if you want to make an exchange for another item or if you want to make a return. The customer may return any item as long as the products have not been used or tampered with and retain their original label. In these cases, the amount of the garment / s ( never the shipping costs ) will be returned by the same method by which the purchase was made.

Returns will not be accepted for items such as: bags and belts, costume jewelery, hair articles and articles from the outlet section.

In case of not meeting the above requirements, Lady Framboise Shop reserves the right to non-refund of money.

Return costs are borne by the buyer.

If the customer wants to change the size of a product , they must follow the same procedure as in a return indicating the change they want on the return sheet. In the case of size changes, the new garment will be sent to the customer without shipping cost.

If a product other than the one requested by the customer or defective is delivered by Lady Framboise Shop by error, the customer must notify it within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the order and it will be withdrawn by sending the correct product at no additional charge for the client.
